My experience at this hotel was fantastic, especially because its central position allowed me to easily stroll to the iconic Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery and the beautiful Noordeinde Palace, both within a 15-minute walk. plus, the staff were friendly and always ready to help out whenever I needed assistance during my stay.

While the breakfast spread was decent, I found the bathroom design lacking. Without a shower screen, the floor turned into a little lake after each shower. The location? Perfect! Just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and places to grab a bite. However, the entrance setup was confusing. Access to the reception involved navigating past some trash bins, which didn’t give a great first impression. One elevator was out of service, making travel between floors frustrating. Simple upgrades in bathroom design and clearer signage would make a big difference.

The quadruple room was spacious, allowing ample room even with luggage open. The location is excellent, within walking distance from the train station and surrounded by shops and eateries. This made it quite convenient for a business traveler needing quick access to amenities.
